"Fantastic initial shopping experience"
I had a great first time buying something online, and the support from Danny was top-notch. He was friendly, super helpful, and got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. Plus, the next day delivery was lightning fast, so I can't recommend this enough!

"Completely appalled by how I was treated…"
I am completely appalled by how I was treated. I walked into the store to have a ring resized, and it felt like they just didn’t care. The staff were really rude, and I can honestly say I won’t be returning there EVER again.

"Fantastic Experience"
I took a necklace in for cleaning and a bracelet for some repairs. They pointed out the issue with the necklace and fixed it right then and there. Both pieces look stunning now. Really friendly folks who know their stuff, so I’ll surely be coming back to them. Honestly, I might just stick with these guys from now on.

I can't express enough gratitude to the team at the Blackburn location. The crew is incredibly welcoming and genuinely takes the time to assist you. A special shoutout to Aimee for helping me find the ideal watch and for being so kind and attentive during my first visit! All in all, it was a delightful experience, and I’d suggest it to anyone looking for top-notch service and beautiful jewelry.

"Outstanding Customer Support"
The support I received was top-notch. My card wasn’t processing, so they offered to handle it via a phone call. I also needed it sent to a different location, which was causing the hiccup, and they confirmed over email that they could sort it out. It arrived super fast, even with the bank holiday in the mix. I’m really glad I stumbled upon this site. It’s been ages since I’ve had such great customer service. Plus, they had the item I was after at the best price around. "Awesome variety and customer care"
They had to get some gold earrings for me from their catalog. The staff was super helpful, and the ordering process was smooth. The earrings showed up right on schedule, and they gave me a call to let me know they were set for pickup. When I got there, they just asked for my name, and the earrings were all set for me. Overall, it was a pleasant and straightforward experience with friendly folks and a fantastic selection of earrings to fit what I was looking for. Thanks a bunch!
